Our dinner buffet is available on work days (with sufficient interest) between 6 PM and 9 PM. A centrally positioned buffet with dishes that varies daily. Suited for business guests who want to have within a limited amount of time a complete and tasteful dinner. For guests that have more time at their disposal and want to dine comfortably our buffet also has various possibilities.
Choose from a broad selection of various cold starters such as a seafruit cocktail, fish or meat carpaccio, a fresh salad, smoked fish fillets, a piece of pate or a few sliced of dried ham. Together with our starters we also serve freshly baked French bread and butter.
Choose between a cup of clear broth or our soup of the day.
With the greatest care our chef has prepared an extensive maincourse buffet. He prepares daily the following: two different meat dishes, a fish platter and a preparation of poultry. On request we can arrange for our vegetarian guests a special dish (please inform us in advance). Together with our main dishes we also serve potato- and vegetable garnishes and salads from the buffet.
To finish we offer a festive finale with our dessert buffet. This includes several sweet treats like a mousse, cakes and ice cream. There is also the possibility to finish your meal with some fresh fruit.
