The buffet is available on weekdays upon sufficient interest and reservation.
With our Vlonders Dinner Buffet, we aim to provide a varied and delicious meal for as many guests as possible. We take into account vegetarian guests, as well as meat-eaters and seafood lovers. Please inform us if there are any vegan participants. In order to offer sufficient variety to returning guests, the buffet composition changes regularly.
The appetizer buffet consists of various tasty composed salads with fresh seasonal products. It also includes classics such as beef carpaccio, salmon with Dutch shrimps, and a tuna salad with haricot verts and quail eggs.
We always serve a vegetarian soup from the buffet, along with fresh baguette, butter, and tapenade.
The main courses we offer are largely vegetarian. This includes options like falafel burgers or vegetarian satay skewers, as well as stews that will appeal to non-vegetarians as well. Additionally, there is a dish with beef, a dish with chicken, and a fish dish. You can choose from various warm sauces and, of course, the necessary accompaniments of fresh vegetables, rice, pasta, and/or potatoes.
To end the meal in style, there is a dessert buffet. It features various sweet treats such as pastries, mousse, Bavarian cream, and fresh fruit salad.
